Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Pre-orders

When you place a pre-order with Lacey Louise you are entering into a purchase agreement under the following terms.

Cancellation by Customer

You may cancel your pre-order and receive a full refund of your 50% deposit at any time before the final payment is charged.

Final payment is charged one week prior to your estimated dispatch date. Once the final payment has been processed, the order is non-cancellable and non-refundable.

To request a cancellation before final payment contact us at laceylouise.com with your order number. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

Cancellation by Lacey Louise

In the unlikely event that Lacey Louise is unable to fulfil your pre-order, due to production issues, supply delays or circumstances outside our control, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund of all payments made.

Dispatch Delays

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated dispatch date we will contact you directly with an updated timeline. You will have the option to maintain your order or cancel for a full refund at that point.

Changes to Orders

Once a pre-order is placed we are unable to make changes to the order. Please review all details carefully at checkout.
