Shipping

Shipping is included in the price of all Lacey Louise products. No surprises at checkout.

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days of the estimated ship date. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves us.

We currently ship to New Zealand & Australia.

Returns

We stand behind everything we make. If your product arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will make it right.

As our pieces are made in limited numbers, we do not accept change of mind returns. Please review the product details carefully before purchasing.
