Returns & Shipping

Pre-orders

Pre-orders are charged at 50% at time of purchase. The remaining 50% is charged one week prior to dispatch. Pre-order payments are non-refundable once the final payment has been processed.

If you need to cancel your pre-order before the final payment is charged, email us at laceylouise111@gmail.com and we will issue a full refund of your deposit.

Shipping

Shipping is included in the price of all Lacey Louise products. No surprises at checkout.

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days of the estimated ship date. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves us.

We currently ship to New Zealand & Australia.

Returns

We stand behind everything we make. If your product arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will make it right.

Pre-order items made in limited numbers, we do not accept change of mind returns. Please review the product details carefully before purchasing.
