Shipping is included.

All Lacey Louise products are priced with shipping and handling included. No additional charges at checkout.

Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves us.

Domestic Shipping — New Zealand

Estimated delivery 2-5 business days from dispatch.

International Shipping

Estimated delivery 7-14 business days from dispatch depending on destination and customs processing.

We currently ship to the following countries: New Zealand & Australia.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price. Lacey Louise has no control over customs delays or charges.

Tracking

All orders are sent with tracking. You will receive your tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Orders
